
Kiersten has over twenty years of diverse experience in all aspects of financial management, primarily in the agriculture industry. She provides fractional CFO support for large businesses both privately held and private-equity owned. Her experience includes budget modeling, development of financing packages, accounting system re-implementation, providing finance support during restructure or merger, board presentations, developing management reports, producing monthly financial statements, and overseeing day-to-day management of accounting, payroll, human resources, and information technology teams. Her public accounting experience includes preparing tax returns, providing bookkeeping services, performing fraud investigations, conducting audits, and providing litigation support (including expert witness testimony).

Heather has practiced public accounting since 1999. She provides taxation, tax planning, and business consulting services for family businesses primarily in agriculture, as well as real estate and manufacturing industries. Heather is experienced in guiding clients through complex federal and multi-state tax issues, estate and trust planning, and general business transactions. She specializes in family-owned and closely held businesses (S-corporations and Partnerships/LLCs), as well as the trusts and individuals that ultimately own them. She enjoys working with these families and advising on tax strategies to mitigate tax in the entire group.
